Sausage goulash with noodles

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large bottle(s) of ketchup (spiced ketchup)
  • 2 onions
  • 600 g sausages (Vienna)
  • 500 g pasta (e.g. spirelli)
  • salt water
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • herbs of your choice
  • 1 tsp margarine for frying
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Cut the sausages into small cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. In a saucepan, sauté the onion with a little margarine until translucent. Then add the sausages a little at a time and fry until well browned, but do not let them blacken. Deglaze everything with 200 ml of water, reduce the heat slightly, add all of the spicy ketchup and stir in. If the sauce is too thick, add more water until the desired consistency is reached. Now heat through and add a little vegetable stock or herbs. Bring to a boil and serve with the pasta. Serve with a delicious salad with sour cream or yogurt dressing.
