Home cooking

Boil the cup of rice with the 2 cups of water. Meanwhile, peel and dice the onion. Then fry it in a pan, add the minced meat, and season with garlic, paprika, tomato paste, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Let it all sit for a while. Soak the Roman pot in water (preferably the day before) and fill it layer by layer: First a layer of sauerkraut, then a layer of rice. The third layer is the minced meat, followed by another layer of sauerkraut. Finally, spread the sour cream evenly on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C for 1/2 hour.
