Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tubes of tomato paste
- 250 ml water
- 1 bag of mozzarella, grated
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- basil
- garlic powder
- Salt
- pepper
- Pizza seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Squeeze the tomato paste into a saucepan and whisk it with the water until creamy. Stir in the olive oil and crème fraîche. Add the spices to taste and season to taste. Heat the sauce and stir in the mozzarella. Continue heating on low heat until the mozzarella is completely melted. Add the basil. Serve over pasta and enjoy.
