Venison mince cake with goat's camembert

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g minced game
  • 4 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 tbsp, heaped mustard, hot (e.g. Löwensenf)
  • 1 tbsp, heaped chili powder, mild
  • 3 eggs, size M
  • 2 dashes fish sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. sour cream butter
  • 200 g goat Camembert

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Wash the leek and slice into thin rings. Grease the oven tray with butter. Cut the Camembert into small wedges. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, except the Camembert, and then knead. Season with salt and pepper. Add the minced meat to the tray and spread evenly. Roast in the hot oven for 30 minutes, then spread the Camembert on top and return to the oven for another 10 minutes. Tip: Kimchi goes well with this dish.
