Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of sandwich toast
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 200 g pork fillet(s)
  • 150 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 150 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 2 slices of butter cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

with bacon and mushrooms

Cut the pork fillet into thin slices, sear briefly, and remove from the pan. Fry the bacon until crispy. Also remove from the pan. Clean and slice the mushrooms, also sear briefly. Heat the hollandaise sauce, add the mushrooms, and mix. Briefly place the bread in the toaster. Then top with the bacon, pork fillet, mushroom sauce, tomatoes, and cream cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is nicely melted and lightly golden brown. Tip: I use two small casserole dishes for the sauce, as it might otherwise run over.
