Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bags of rice
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Peel and dice the onions. Add oil to a pan and fry the onions, then add the ground beef and fry until crumbly. Once the beef is cooked through, add tomato paste, a little water if desired, and chopped garlic. Pour in the passata, bring to a boil, and season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Finally, add the rice and simmer briefly.
