Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) of bread
  • butter
  • some lettuce leaves, of your choice
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche, or tartar sauce
  • 4 stalk(s) asparagus, cooked
  • 2 eggs
  • chive stalks
  • possibly salt (herb salt)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with ham, asparagus and fried egg

Spread the bread with butter, then arrange the salad on top. Place the ham on top and arrange the asparagus on top. Spread with crème fraîche or remoulade, if desired. Fry the two eggs, season with salt (or herb salt if desired), and place them on the bread. Sprinkle with a few chives.
