Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 rolls
- 400 g minced meat
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s), diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Season the minced meat and mix it with the onions. Cut the rolls in half and spread them with minced meat. Grill briefly. This also works in winter if you use a raclette or oven grill; simply bake it under the grill.
