Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 slices of toast
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 slices of cheese of your choice
  • Remoulade

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

a quick (and delicious) dinner

Toast the slices of toast and spread with a little remoulade sauce. Wash the tomatoes, slice them thinly, and place them on the toast. Place a slice of cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 5-8 minutes (until the cheese melts and is golden yellow). Tips: You can vary the toast slices by adding a slice of salami or sausage under the tomato slices, or by adding some chopped olives or pepperoni. Another tip for all asparagus lovers: simply swap the tomato slices for asparagus!
