with roasted sesame seeds in spicy honey sauce

Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil until they begin to brown and smell fragrant. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a wok or frying pan. Finely chop the bok choy and first sauté the stalks and snow peas in the butter, then add the green leaves and sauté briefly with the lid closed. Remove the vegetables from the pan. Add another tablespoon of butter to the wok, add the sambal oelek and honey, and sizzle briefly until the honey becomes slightly foamy. Add the vegetables and sweetcorn back in, mix everything well, and season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with the toasted sesame seeds.
