Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g kale, washed and cut
  • 100 g bacon
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 125 g sheep’s cheese
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the bacon and fry it in a large pan. Add the kale. Season with salt and pepper and add a splash of water if necessary to ensure it’s steamed rather than fried. Sauté the kale for about 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and boil the potatoes. When the kale isn’t too hard, dice the feta cheese and add it. Then add the cream. Finally, fold in the chopped potatoes and season with salt again, if desired.
