Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large fennel, approx. 550 g
- 3 oranges, approx. 350 g
- 30 g walnuts
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 50 g orange juice
- 40 g honey
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the fennel, trim the fennel greens, and chop finely. Quarter the bulb and slice. Remove the stem. Peel the oranges, separate the segments, and cut into small pieces. Chop the walnuts. Mix the lemon juice, orange juice, pepper, honey, and oil to make a dressing. Mix the dressing with all the other salad ingredients.
