Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pork schnitzel
  • 2 onions
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp pesto, green

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the meat into thin strips. Peel and dice the onions. Trim and slice the bell peppers. Heat the oil and brown the meat. Add the onions and bell peppers and fry. Deglaze with 100 ml of water, bring to a boil, and stir in the broth. Simmer for about 8 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir in the crème fraîche and pesto. Serve with baguette or rice.
