Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g sausages
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 large bell pepper(s)
- ¼ liter meat broth
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- chives
- marjoram
- Thyme
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
a simple dish for the whole family
Slice the sausages and dice the vegetables. Brown the onions and sausages in a deep pan or roasting pan, add the bell peppers and zucchini, and continue to cook briefly. Then add the meat broth and simmer with the lid on for about 10 minutes. Then stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste. We serve it with pasta.
