Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 3 packs of cooked ham
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 1 jar Hungarian-style paprika sauce
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 cup sour cream
- n. B. cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Wrap the minced meat in the ham slices and place them tightly together in a well-watered earthenware pot. Stir together the remaining ingredients while cold and pour over the rolls. Place in a cold oven and cook at about 200°C for about 1 hour. Sprinkle with grated cheese 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
