Macaroni with gorgonzola-jalapeno cream sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 ml cream
  • 200 g Gorgonzola, mild or spicy
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 slice(s) jalapeño(s) from the jar
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 250 g macaroni, small

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the cream in a saucepan, add the Gorgonzola, pepper, salt, finely chopped jalapeño slices, and minced garlic, and simmer until the cheese is completely melted. Simply cook the pasta in salted water for about 8-10 minutes, depending on how tender you like it. Drain and serve with the sauce. I personally add a little sauce thickener to thicken it, but it’s not absolutely necessary.
