Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 feta cheeses (200 g each)
- 2 olives
- 2 cocktail tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Drain the feta cheese and slice the cherry tomatoes and olives. Then, top one feta cheese with the slices, place the second feta cheese on top, and sprinkle with herbs (I also like to add a grated dried chili pepper). Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 20 minutes. Serve with tzatziki or a mixed salad.
