Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g elderberries
  • 2 g peppermint, Moroccan
  • 150 g white rock sugar
  • 600 ml vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pluck the elderberries from their stems, place them in a fermenting jar with the mint leaves and sugar, and pour in vodka. Let it steep for about 3 months, filter, and let the liqueur rest for another 1-2 months.
