Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g quince(s)
- 170 g rock sugar
- ½ liter of grain
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 35 days; Total time approx. 35 days 15 minutes
Wash and dice the quinces, and place them in a suitable container. Add brown rock sugar and pour over the granola. Let stand in the dark for 4-6 weeks, shaking occasionally. Then strain through a sieve and bottle.
