Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 m.-sized eggs
- 90 g sugar
- 90 g flour
- 25 g baking cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 200 g cream cheese or mascarpone
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or liqueur 43
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 57 minutes
Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer for 10 minutes until frothy. Then sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder and fold in with a spatula. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 12 minutes at 160°C (320°F). While the base cools, prepare the cream. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Mix the cream cheese with the honey and lemon juice until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream. Once the base has cooled, cut the cake in half, spread the cream on one half, and cover with the other half. The giant milk slice is ready.
