Almond-garlic sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 40 g almonds, peeled, ground
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 6 tbsp cream
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the garlic or press it through a press and place it in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl and serve, garnished with whole almonds, if desired.
