Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g plum(s)
  • 500 g rock sugar, brown
  • 2 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 700 ml grappa

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

(2 bottles of 750ml each)

Halve and pit the plums, bottle, add rock candy and cinnamon sticks, and fill with grappa. Seal tightly and let it steep in a cool, dark place for about two weeks, shaking occasionally. Strain the liqueur through a funnel lined with filter paper and rebottle. Let the liqueur stand for at least four weeks before serving.
