Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g plum(s), pitted, cut into strips
  • 250 g sugar (rock candy), brown
  • 1 bottle of brandy

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pit the plums and cut into strips. Place them in a large container with brown sugar and a bottle of brandy. Place the container in a warm, dark place. Stir occasionally. The liqueur is brewed in September and will be ready by New Year’s Eve.
