Fish fillet in wine cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g fish fillet(s)
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • ¼ liter white wine
  • 250 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean the fish fillet, season with salt and pepper. Heat clarified butter in a saucepan, add the diced onion and half a bunch of chopped parsley, stir, and add the fish to the pan, allowing it to sauté. Then carefully turn the fish over, pour in the wine and cream, cover, and sauté for 20 minutes over medium heat. Sprinkle the remaining chopped parsley over the fish. At the table, carefully lift the fish and the onion/parsley mixture onto a plate using a spatula, add some of the sauce, and season with salt and pepper, if desired. Boiled potatoes are best served with this dish.
