Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 7 eggs
  • 252 g sugar
  • 308 g flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking cocoa
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 160 g water
  • 156 g oil
  • 500 g QimiQ Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 250 g cream, whipped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for a deep baking tray or a square baking pan of approx. 40 x 25 cm

Beat the eggs and sugar until white and fluffy. Add the oil and water and mix in. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and cocoa powder and fold in. Pour the batter into a large square baking pan (approx. 40 x 25 cm) or a deep baking tray. Bake at 160°C fan/convection oven or 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 10-15 minutes. Check regularly with a wooden skewer or knife whether the batter is baked through. For the cream, mix the Qimiq with honey until smooth and fold in the whipped cream. Halve the cake vertically, spread the cream on the bottom half, and place the top half on top as a lid. Chill the Milchschnitte and enjoy. Almost as good as the real thing.
