Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 orange(s), juice and zest
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp herbs (8-herb), frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

enough for approx. 800 g of fish

Combine orange juice, orange zest, white wine, mustard, and herbs, and season with salt and pepper. Marinate the fish overnight and pan-fry, either breaded or plain.
