Minced Meat Sauce Hearty and Delicious
The perfect minced meat sauce hearty and delicious recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1500 g Mixed minced meat
- 3 piece Peeled garlic clove
- 2 piece Chopped onion
- 500 ml Dry red wine
- 500 ml Clear meat broth
- 1 Cup Black coffee
- 3 tablespoon Sugar fine
- Spices
- Peel the onions and garlic and cut into fine cubes. Heat oil in a large saucepan and sweat the onion and garlic cubes in it until translucent. Then sprinkle the sugar over it and let it caramelize. Now add the minced meat and sear it well.
- When everything is well seared, the red wine is added. Then gradually add the coffee and the meat stock. With occasional stirring, cover and cook for about 20 minutes. Then season the minced meat sauce with spices to taste. It is up to you whether you use Fix for goulash or the like. For this purpose I have put together my own spice (salt, pepper, hot paprika, cumin, chilli). You may need some flour / cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
