Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 180 g sheep’s cheese
- 3 m.-large zucchini
- 3 spring onions
- 1 small garlic clove(s)
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, slice the spring onions. Then, finely grate the zucchini either with a food processor or with a slicer. Now, mince the feta cheese along with the garlic clove. Then, combine all the ingredients and form into fritters. Add a little oil to the pan and fry the fritters on both sides. A quark dip goes very well with this.
