Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g plum(s)
- 250 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 75 ml oil
- 150 g cream yogurt
- 1 organic orange(s), grated peel and juice

for 12 muffins
Wash, pit, and cut the plums into small pieces. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Whisk the eggs, oil, yogurt, orange zest, and 5 tablespoons of orange juice together and stir briefly into the flour with a spoon until just combined. The batter should not be smooth. Fold in the plums. Line the 12 holes of a muffin tin with paper liners or grease them. Fill with batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat: 150°C) for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack.
