Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 300 g spelt flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 425 g natural yogurt
  • Grease for the tray
  • Flour for the baking sheet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without yeast or sourdough

Mix everything together and knead into a soft dough. Shape into a round loaf, approximately 5 cm thick, and place on a greased and floured baking sheet. Score the surface crosswise. Bake at 190°C (preheated) for approximately 40 minutes. Quick to make, even if you don’t have the usual raising agents on hand.
