Mushroom soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 2 large onions
  • 20 g margarine
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 62 ½ g processed cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean, wash, and slice the mushrooms. Peel and dice the onions. Melt the margarine. Sauté the mushrooms and diced onions. Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil, and cook until tender. Stir in the cream cheese. Sprinkle the soup with chopped parsley.
