Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 carrots
- 3 figs
- 1 orange(s)
- 2 ½ cm ginger
- ½ banana(s)
- some ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut off the tops and bottoms of the carrots. Quarter the figs and orange. Peel and roughly chop the ginger. Juice the carrots, figs, orange, and ginger. Pour the juice into a blender and blend for 20 seconds with the banana and two ice cubes. Add more ice cubes to a glass, pour the smoothie over the top, and garnish with sliced figs, if desired.
