Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml zucchini in cubes of approx. 1 cm edge length
  • 500 ml watermelon(s) in cubes of approx. 1 cm edge length
  • 1 handful of carrot greens, fresh without stems
  • 1 handful of mint leaves, fresh without stems

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chill the zucchini and watermelon cubes and blend them with the herbs. The watermelon should be very ripe for a sweet smoothie.
