Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 750 ml vegetable stock
- 250g fusilli
- 175 g smoked tofu
- 100 g peas, frozen
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the vegetable broth in a large pan. Add the noodles and simmer for about 10 minutes. Finely chop the tofu and add it along with the frozen peas. Cook for another 5 minutes. Stir in the oil and soy sauce and serve.
