simple, quick and delicious recipe for the wild garlic season

Clean and wash the wild garlic and blanch it in boiling salted water for about 1/2 minute. Strain the wild garlic from the water and then cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Blend the wild garlic, cream cheese, and spices into a pesto, adding pasta water as needed. Remove the sausage from its casing and cut into small pieces. Crumble the bread and fry everything in a pan for about 7 minutes. Add the finely chopped zucchini and sun-dried tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the cooked pasta to the pan, add the pesto, mix everything together, and add a little pasta water as needed.
