Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, green
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g blue cheese (Saint Agur)
  • pepper, black
  • 8 capers

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, heat the cream in a small saucepan, melt the blue cheese, and season with black pepper. Add the capers to the sauce. Combine the pasta and cheese sauce.
