Salmon cubes on tagliatelle

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 300 g pasta, e.g. whole wheat pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • curry
  • Paprika powder
  • some vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean the leek, removing the green parts and the root, cut into rings, and sauté in vegetable broth for about 3 minutes. Add the sour cream and season well, then keep warm. Wash the salmon, cut into cubes, and fry. Season with salt, pepper, curry powder, and paprika. Add to the leek and sour cream cream. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Reserve some of the pasta water. Fold the pasta into the salmon and leek cream, adding more if necessary. Arrange on three plates and serve.
