Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g tagliatelle pasta
- 1 stock cube, optional
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 shot of white wine
- 1 shallot(s) or 1 small onion
- 1 tbsp flour
- 250 ml cream
- possibly milk
- 50 g Parmesan
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 point smoked salmon
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the pasta (although you can also add a stock cube to the water). Chop the leek, sauté in butter, and deglaze with a little white wine. Meanwhile, finely chop the shallot and sauté in butter. Add 1 tablespoon of flour and stir until lightly browned. Then slowly add the cream and continue to simmer, stirring constantly. The consistency should be slightly creamy. You can also dilute the sauce with milk or make it entirely with milk; this will take a little longer, 10-15 minutes. Now add the Parmesan cheese to the sauce and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Finally, stir together the leek, pasta, sauce, and sliced smoked salmon.
