Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large zucchini
  • 1 pack of minute steak(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • Fat for the pans

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, grease two pans. Thinly slice the zucchini and fry them with a teaspoon of garlic, salt, and pepper (amount to taste) over medium heat for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, wash, dry, and pound the meat. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, add to the second pan, and fry. While the steak is cooking, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on both sides and fry well. The ideal time for this is about 5 minutes. You can serve it with a slice of toast or boiled potatoes, for example.
