Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 smoked pork chops
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500 g leeks or 2 bunch spring onions
- 6 tomatoes
- Salt and pepper, black
- Thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Fry the chops in hot fat for about 5 minutes. Trim and wash the leeks and cut into approximately 5 cm long pieces. Briefly blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel off the skin, quarter, and deseed. Add the vegetables to the meat, braise for 5-10 minutes, and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Serve with herb rice.
