Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 3 apples
- 10 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cups of cream
- 5 packets of vanilla sugar (Bourbon)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and slice the bananas. Quarter the apples and then cut them into small, bite-sized pieces. Combine everything in a bowl. For the dressing, mix the lemon juice with the honey until it is completely dissolved. Pour the dressing over the fruit and mix everything well. Then mix the vanilla sugar packets with the cream. This will be served as a sauce and served in a jug separately from the fruit salad. This way, everyone can decide how much sauce they want.
