Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 pineapple
- 2 bananas
- 2 apples, peeled
- 300 g grapes
- 3 kiwis
- ½ lemon(s)
- 2 tsp honey
- 300 g yogurt, coconut
- Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- mint
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the fruit into pieces and mix with lemon juice. Season with honey and cinnamon. Mix the coconut yogurt with the coconut milk and stir into the fruit salad. Garnish with coconut flakes and a few mint leaves before serving.
