Tomato mayonnaise dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 125 g mayonnaise, from the jar
  • ½ tsp paprika powder, maybe more or less
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the oil, finely dice the onions, and sauté until translucent. Add the tomato paste and sauté for about 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool. Stir in the mayonnaise (preferably from a jar). Season to taste with paprika, salt, and sugar. You can also add a dash or two of Tabasco, if you like.
