Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 ml cream
  • 200 ml schnapps or brandy
  • 200 g chocolate (mint chocolate), e.g. Ritter Sport
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

A liqueur with a fresh mint flavor

Heat the cream in a saucepan, but do not let it boil. Break the chocolate into pieces, add it to the warm cream, and let it melt. Add the cinnamon. Once slightly cooled, blend with a hand blender in a tall mug for about 2 minutes until no lumps remain. Stir in the schnapps or brandy and bottle.
