Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt (cherry yogurt)
  • 250 ml schnapps (grain)
  • 100 g sugar
  • ½ liter of juice (cherry juice)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 4 cl rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Strain the yogurt through a sieve and combine with the other ingredients. It’s best made in the morning and enjoyed in the evening. This makes 1 liter of liqueur.
