Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 500 g Leberkäse, 2cm cubes
- 2 onions, cut into strips
- Paprika powder
- Cayenne pepper
- 500 g mashed potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Melt the butter, fry the meatloaf and onion for 4-5 minutes, season, and remove from the heat. Mix the mashed potatoes with the eggs and cheese. Layer the meatloaf, onions, and cheese-covered mashed potatoes alternately in a dish. Bake at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.
