Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 550 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 140 g wheat bran
  • 1 ½ packs of yeast
  • 550 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Mix the flour with the bran and yeast and add the water. Knead the dough well, let it rest for about 1-2 hours, then form it into 5 rolls. Let them rise until doubled in size. Then bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
