Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese or sheep’s cheese
- 30 g tomatoes, dried in oil
- 150 g natural yogurt
- salt and pepper
- Garlic clove(s), 1 to 2
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 small bell pepper(s), optional, according to taste

Chop the sun-dried tomatoes, oil, and feta cheese into small pieces, then place them in a mixing bowl. Peel the garlic cloves and add them to the sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese using a garlic press. Add the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. You can add a bell pepper if you like. It should now be a cream. I add a little bit of the tomato oil at the end to prevent the cream from becoming too dry. This cream is really quick to make, has a delicious flavor, and is always a hit at barbecues.
