Mint tea

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 sprigs of mint, fresh
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 jar water, hot but not boiling

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Place 3-4 sprigs (the more you add, the more intense the tea) of well-rinsed fresh mint into a large glass. Pour on hot, but not boiling, water and add about 1 teaspoon of honey. Stir and let it steep for a while. For a second glass, I add 1 or 2 more sprigs and pour on more water. It tastes delicious and is healthy.
