Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • e.g. chili flakes or sambal oelek
  • e.g. olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

easy and fast

Peel the garlic and chop it into very small pieces, but do not press it. Drizzle a little olive oil over the pieces and press them down with the blade of a wide knife until they form a creamy mixture. Combine the feta, garlic, tomato paste, chili flakes, and a little olive oil in a blender and process. Add enough olive oil until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
